E-Mail Only Upgrade Instructions:

The instructions below will walk you through moving to the Upgraded Email servers. If you are a dialup customer and have completed the dialup upgrade instructions, then it is not neccesary for you to complete the process below. The instructions below are mainly for DSL, Web Hosting, and E-Mail Only customers. Also note that all incoming mail services may be delayed for the next 48 hours as we migrate to the upgraded servers.

We suggest you PRINT OUT these instructions to use as a reference during the upgrade process. This process should take approximately 5 minutes. If you experience difficulty along the way, please contact Technical Support at 1-888-292-3401.

Follow the steps below to set up Outlook Express 5.0-6.0 to send and receive email.

How to Set Up Outlook Express 5.0-6.0 to Send and Receive Email
  1. You will need your email server settings to set up your email program. Your incoming and outgoing mail servers are listed above.
  2. Open Outlook Express.

  3. From the Tools menu, choose Accounts.

    Note: If you have never configured, or used, your Outlook Express email program, at this point the Internet Connection Wizard will open automatically. In such a situation, go directly to step 5.

  4. Double-click your account in the Mail Accounts list.

  5. Click on the Servers tab.

  6. Check the box next to My server requires authentication.
